@HSBC_UK Are they really sorted @HSBC_UK? Because I have been in a queue on live chat within the app since 16:40 as I was doing an online grocery shop to which I was asked to input OTPs to authorise payment & all codes I was sent via text were erroring & now my 2 accounts are blocked!

Service Update 16:05pm: An earlier issue with banking services is now resolved. We’re really sorry to all those impacted - we’ll continue to keep a close eye on this and thank you for your patience.

@GMB More of a memory and how times change - I remember as a kid before the days of the internet we used to camp out (some people for days) outside the Virgin store in Belfast in queues a mile long to get tickets! I even put battery powered xmas lights around my banner one time.
