Goal of the month in Match of the day features a lovely strike by Jamal Lewis of Norwich City Jamal was an ESAA cross country international for 4 successive years 2011-2014 & silver medallist representing Bedfordshire & Luton in 2014.

Unfortunately, due to waterlogged pitches the block football fixture against KEGS on Saturday morning are cancelled. 💦 💦 💦👎👎👎
