Everyone should look into, and ask questions about the business relationship between @DiligentDenizen and @baroncoleman.
Hypothetically, if they were both profiting off their own business relationship / collaboration and information, to the tune of $400,000 over whatever relatively short timeframe, you might ask questions as to whether or not they are spreading accurate information, or disinformation for massive profit.
Since we’re just asking questions, let’s just ask some questions.
1) do you two split Adsense revenue?
2) do you split super chat revenue?
3) do you have any business relationship that results in sharing profits, in any way whatsoever?

Every restaurant owner understands the difference between Visa credit, and Visa debit, because one comes with a 3% surcharge for the business. And the other one doesn’t.
Which is why they always try to get you to pay with Visa debit, as opposed to Visa credit.

I agree, if this information turns out to be accurate, the prosecution will have to contend with it. At the very least, the defense will have an interesting point to raise come trial.
But since we’re focusing on details. And since we’re all just asking questions:
1) Tyler is alleged to have paid with credit card. This is with debit, albeit visa. That seems to be a discrepancy that needs to be answered.
2) The entire debit card number is blacked out. Do the last four digits match what was given to the FBI?
3) According to the waiter, Tyler ordered two beers. This receipt shows no beers, and one soft drink.
I appreciate that sometimes alcohol is separated from the main meal when ordered at a bar, but that is typically when the drinks are ordered at the bar, and the meal at the table.
But even if that is the case, can we see the receipt for the two beers, and the matching numbers on what I presume would be the same card?
4) Where is the receipt for the two beers that this waiter says Tyler ordered?
Since we are all asking questions, and pursuing the truth, these are questions that need to be answered in order to determine the probative value of this “receipt”.
