There is a group of 7 youths (puffer jkts & balaclavas) working in groups of 3-4 appearing to look for opportunity to rob..following and splitting up to surround the victim, a friend of a friend this week.

@olivercookson @Myprotein was my go to but it seems to be going downhill. I've two unfulfilled orders just under £300. Money taken but goods not received. Not sure I'll carry on being a customer. Check Twitter, I'm not the only one getting the run around.Will I need to go to small claims crt?
