Some products reach product market fit faster than others and also have a higher ceiling. Sometimes it’s simply smarter to pivot or even sell an existing startup and move on to something with better potential. If your goal is to succeed, you should always look for the shortest path to success. In many cases that path is a pivot. The hard part is knowing when to make the move, because some ideas only start working after months of relentless effort, while others show traction in just a few days.

Genuine question for serial founders/entrepreneurs. Would you rather: 1⃣Build many products one after another, get them acquired/sold, rinse and repeat. 2⃣Build one successful product to greatness I am just trying to understand, is this a money issue or a commitment issue?
