@AshleyGWinter I hear the same thing. I started telling my patients "If your sugars go up, your penis goes down...do I even have to ask which direction you want either of those to go?" It has been my "go to" wake up phrase for these patients and most of the time those words hit home!

The most common cause of severe erectile dysfunction I see in young men is diabetes with chronic poor glycemic control. They almost always say that they didn't know elevated blood sugar could effect their sex life.

PSA - If you do prosthetic urology and you DON’T do incontinence, you are missing out!! Just saw a man 2 weeks after his sling and he said it’s the first time he’s worn real underwear (and not Depends) in 4 years. He was crying he was so happy. 🥲☺️ @bsc_urology
