📞Have you updated your contact details? It is important to us that we have your contact details on iLearn in the event that we need to get hold of you at late notice.

Essential iLearn Upgrade - tomorrow! You will not be able to access iLearn until we have emailed you to confirm that the upgrade was successful.

After 1pm, any training bookings that are made through iLearn will not receive a confirmation email. We recommend that any bookings you need to make are delayed until you receive an email on Monday 23rd December 2019 advising you that maintenance has been completed.

Please be aware that we have some essential maintenance to iLearn today (Friday 20th December 2019) from 1pm. Staff will be able to use iLearn to complete e-Learning as normal and managers will also still be able to run reports and complete supervisions.

We will be closing the following forms on iLearn on 20th December 2019. If you have anything to add to these forms, please ensure you do this within the next week.From the current supervision form, the forms will be open for 2 weeks after the last date of the supervision window -

Make sure we have the correct details by logging into iLearn and updating this for us, if you have any queries please email us. If you're a manager, it's even more important that you have the correct email on iLearn as you will receive notifications of your team. 📨

Email address on iLearn - is it correct? If you are new, or have recently updated your email address with the ICT Helpdesk we may not have your correct contact details on iLearn. This could mean you missing out on important emails around compliance, bookings and cancellations.

Supervision on iLearn! If you're entering information onto the form but do not want to sign it off, please scroll up to the top of the form and click "save progress" - this will ensure the information on the form is saved and will be ready for you to go back to at a later date.
