Sometimes, it’s not about making progress. Sometimes, it’s about learning to just BE. To BE in the moment. To BE present for your feelings and the feelings of others. To BE grateful. Perhaps learning to BE is the greatest & rarest form of progress. You’re allowed to simply BE.
