Hmmm ... @KMoutsos wrote this in today's @CMIContent newsletter. Apparently, some people think saying "Hi there" is "impersonal and snooty." Really?? First, we can't use the thumbs-up emoji. Now we can't say "Hi there"? Sigh. I can't keep up. LOL #SMH #cmworld

It's ridiculous. But change is good, right? :-)
