@FoundxtionsChem @CelticSky28 These incidents have been documented. They were reported to the police. As for, 'it should be made clear that desecrating these spaces is not acceptable', that will come if, and when, someone is charged, put before a court, and sentenced.

@KN08HED @CelticSky28 Nobody’s saying we should charge someone because it might have been a discriminatory attack, I’m just saying that attacks on places like a church, or a LGBTQ+ nightclub should be documented and it should be made clear that desecrating these spaces is not acceptable.

The University 'won' because the OfS had, in effect, found them guilty and imposed the fine without completing a full investigation. That's the "bias". The court did not determine if Kathleen Stock or the students were right or wrong.
