PDS TORNADO WATCH officially issued until 11 pm. Long track super cells will likely produced at least a handful of tornadoes, some of those could be strong.

From the Meso Discussion: Tornadic supercells capable of dangerous tornadoes and extreme hail are expected… Extreme instability will favor particularly large supercells, with right-moving cells possibly traveling for over 100 miles, producing periodic tornadoes and giant hail.

ALTUS: You ever seen white-caps in a parking lot? This is the Walmart parking lot off Main Street (Hwy 6) in Altus after the tornado-warned storm rolled through. The tornado from this storm was on the ground for over 50 minutes, according to @KOCOdamonlane @koconews

Damage Survey Update: Survey crews have found at least EF2 damage southwest of Yukon, just south of Page Airport. A second survey crew has found EF2 damage outside of Custer City. More details will be provided as we gather additional information in the coming days. #okwx

Sky 5 was over the worst of the damage in Hydro, OK this morning. KOCO talked with the Emergency Manager, Ben Slagell. He said there are no serious injuries and the community is coming together to begin the cleanup process today.
