The Golden Globes have set new guidelines pertaining to the use of AI: • The use of AI does not automatically disqualify a work from consideration, provided that human creative direction, artistic judgment, and authorship remain primary throughout the production process. •Performances submitted for acting categories must be primarily derived from the work of the credited performer. Submissions in which a performance is created by AI are not eligible. • In non-performance categories (direction, writing, composition, and animation), "submissions will be evaluated under the general AI standards set forth. OpenAI flagged the dangerous conversations months ago and blocked one account but stayed silent instead of warning police. The result? Eight innocent lives destroyed in Tumbler Ridge including six at a school with students and a teacher plus the shooter’s mother and stepbrother. Now the OpenAI boss sends a pathetic apology letter saying he is deeply sorry. Too little. Too late. This is the true face of Sam Altman’s empire. A company that puts profits ahead of human safety. They knew the threat and did nothing.
