Is it entirely normal for a discord case to be open a month without a single reply from a real human? I’m just looking for a human to tell me what the next step is and what info you need from me. @discord @discord_support

About 60% done! This cab combines literally everything I'm struggling with: patterns, molded 3D shapes, colorful LEDs, reflections. I hope it turns out good because it's a lot of work to draw it right.

@ZeronXepher @t3hSurge Locally, my favorite niche place is this pinball bar where the machines are immaculate. I’ve watched one of the pinball world champions do maintenance on them and you know she’s going to do a killer job.

@ZeronXepher @t3hSurge I think both have their places. Round 1’s cool because it has a lot of variety. I can play redemption or other arcade games. They’ve crane machines and bowling. If I want niche games with better maintenance, the small arcade is perfect since they’re often a labor of love.

It fucking makes me upset that an arcade closes down because everyone ditches it because they would rather support a giant bowling corporation. If you don't go out and support your locals, you're the ones destroying the real arcades that matter. I hope this is what you wanted.

@KingOppaiDragon The reader works via serial, so you can connect to the correct com port. Aime readers work off 5v if I remember correctly. So 5v, gnd for power, then rx, tx and probably another gnd for serial You can buy a usb rs232 adapter for serial. I have good luck with prolific brand ones

It’s been a while since I’ve posted about my card reader system. I fixed my biggest issue of slow FeliCa polling. I had to separate the pi pico w2 from the reader via ribbon cable. The pico caused too much interference with the PN532.

@KingOppaiDragon This is to make a credit system for an arcade! Swipe your card and it checks the balance on the server, then deducts the cost, and then pulses the credit line to insert a coin on the game. It only uses FeliCa because I get dual purpose out of the cards haha

Honestly, being away from discord for a week has been sort of liberating. Too bad I’ve been dealing with medical shit though. Haven’t been able to use this time to do anything other than lay down and rest..
