Don’t get me started on the insurance part. "Does PhilHealth/MediCare cover? Which window for the LOA?" You’re the one running around with a fever trying to find the right desk. Sana they incorporate all info in one whole app kase iba-iba talaga siya for each person.
The "pasa-pasa" system is real. From figuring out which doctor is actually in, to queuing for hours just for a 5-minute consult, then being sent to 3 different windows just to pay for a lab test. Wish there was an app that could help me with the whole process.
