We have been exploring what makes us angry and calm and what these two feelings might look like. Using @calmschool to learn some super short mediations E.g rainbow breathing; see,hear,feel exercise and body scan. Ask us to demonstrate and bring a sense of calm back home.

CAW Day 3 - Who knew that you could make wonderfully coloured and unique paper to make a beautiful collage using paint and grease proof paper? @ericcarleartist did! We have replicated his style to create our own flower and insect rich garden collages. At the halfway point! 👏🏻🐝🌹

Creative Art Week - Day 3 The soft sounds of the Ocarina! Lots of super composition going on to create 2 bars of music - 8 notes. Learning that composition works well starting and finishing on the same note. Super examples by Ella and Nicholas. 🎼👏🏻
