@thegoalzone Frustrating watch, Tom. 1st half was dreadful, so I turned it off at HT to watch the golf. It's hard to enjoy when it's the same dross each game. No surprise to see we didn't have a shot on target. Davies blind to obvious problems is an issue and the "style" of football is awful.

A very disappointing day for Blues at Coventry. A loss is always disappointing but when you don't have a shot it drives you barmy.
The red card contributed to the defeat although to be honest I never thought we looked like winning the game against a very good Coventry team.
It puts into perspective just how tough this Championship is and how relentless it is week after week game after game.
Blues started well but its about scoring goals and winning the game.
Credit to Coventry who played with lots of energy and rarely allowed Blues to settle on the ball and as Blues tried to play out from the back they were onto them right away.
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
Now onto Sheff Weds on Tuesday. After 4 losses and a draw at Wrexham the Owls have won one and drawn one of their last two league games.
However Blues are much better at home in front of the loud and partisan Bluenoses.
The saying "make the comeback better than the setback" is apt for Tuesday night at St Andrews@Knighthead Park

@wilfordwm Flat is a worrying assessment. They looked absolutely clueless defensively, which isn't a good combo with our usual clueless and slow "attacking" style. Ask Noel Blake to give him a debrief tomorrow, he was largely spot on. Hope he's on Comms again, Wilf.

Chris Davies thoroughly disappointed with flat opening 30 mins against Stoke, felt his side made life too easy for their hosts. Second half feels decision-making fell short in the final third. Anderson and Willumsson were missing with injuries, both likely out for a few weeks.

@thegoalzone Shaky at the back, toothless in attack. Midfield pairing lacks effect on the game & haven't shown the grit needed. Our best plays bypass them. Worrying CD will do anything but split them. Doyle & Iwata CM for me next game, wasted at no.10. All round piss poor last few games, Tom.
