The Foreign Ministers of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, the State of Qatar, the Republic of Indonesia, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Republic of Türkiye condemned the repeated violations of the historic and legal status quo in Jerusalem’s Islamic and Christian holy sites by Israeli occupation authorities, particularly the continued incursions by Israeli settlers and extremist ministers into Al-Aqsa Mosque / Al-Haram Al-Sharif under Israeli police protection, as well as the raising of the Israeli flag within its courtyards.

It was a pleasure to meet with Dr. Juha Mäkelä, the incoming Director of the Finnish Institute of the Middle East. Our discussion focused on future collaboration across multiple fields and with various institutes in Saudi Arabia.

شهدت هلسنكي عرض الفيلم السعودي (مسألة حياة أو موت)، بتنظيم من مهرجان مالمو للسينما العربية بالتعاون مع هيئة الأفلام السعودية، برعاية ليالي الفيلم السعودي ضمن جولة سينمائية شملت جمهورية فنلندا وبمشاركة السفارة السعودية في هلسنكي.

#Statement | The Foreign Ministry expresses the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s strong condemnation and denunciation of the attack that targeted the French contingent of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) in southern Lebanon, which resulted in the death of a French soldier and the injury of several others.

During the meeting, they discussed the latest developments in the Gaza Strip, joint efforts to ensure the delivery of humanitarian aid into the Strip, reconstruction efforts, and the importance of securing a permanent ceasefire.

Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Jordan @AymanHsafadi, and Egyptian Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdelatty, on the sidelines of Antalya Diplomacy Forum.

During the meeting, they discussed the latest developments in the Gaza Strip, reconstruction efforts, and the transition to the second phase of the comprehensive peace plan. They also categorically rejected ongoing Israeli practices and attempts to undermine the peace process.
