I'm strongly in the camp of trading down... full well knowing the Giants likely have to give up significant value to do so.
When you look at the makeup of this team, you've really established your "ceiling" players with Dart, Nabers, Carter, Lawrence, Thomas & Burns.
Now you need to elevate the floor or you risk it collapsing altogether. I'm (as stupid as it sounds) okay with giving up another "ceiling" player to get more strikes at players that can raise the floor. Give me two 3rd round picks to drop a bunch of spots.

Where Giants are now on the interior OL, they need to make a stronger push and convince Greg Van Roten to stay and that he is wanted. What GVR has done last 2 years has been unfairly dismissed - present company included. He should be valued more. That'll leave draft wide open.

I'm coming to terms with the fact that you could not build a more perfect scheme fit for Dennard Wilson's defense than CB Mansoor Delane.
Adept at press, eyes excel in zone, good tackler. He's a little bit more of a dark horse when compared with Styles, Love, Mauigoa, Vega, Downs, etc.
Would not be shocked if he's the pick at 5. I don't think he's at the level of the Sauce/Stingley class or the Jaycee/Surtain class but he's worthy of the pick in this class
