@PatrickNkone1 Never had a 60km long run, but I have always finished comrades comfortably. According to Coach Parry you leave your best potential behind by doing a 60km long run if you are an average runner. Running 60km takes a tall on your body no matter who you are.

Don’t underestimate those 60km long runs. Even if you do them at 8/km 👍🏿.
