Washington Commanders defensive end Charles Omenihu thinks the league has Lamar Jackson figured out. "You come after him, you close all the lanes, you five-man rush him and you cover his guys, and I think you get it done. It's been shown." He'd also add, "I don't think Lamar has that big amount of arm strength like Josh does. Like I said, I think you've figured out Lamar." Omenihu did NOT hold back.

Josh Jacobs has been the unquestioned bellcow for Green Bay since he signed. However, as the seasons get deeper, the beating he takes has caught up to him the last two years resulting in nagging injuries. The Packers will continue to rely on Jacobs for the run game. If he can stay healthy, he'll remain in the top 5 as far as productivity goes. I'm still in on him 🔥

Jordyn Tyson will be holding an individual workout at Arizona State on April 17th. Tyson has been working to overcome an injured hamstring but had a setback preparing for the scouting combine. Despite his extensive injury history, the talent speaks for itself, as many teams consider him to be first round worthy.

Bijan Robinson is one of the best backs in the league but it's possible the best is yet to come. He's worked on his pass catching ability. His prime backup in Allgeier is gone. And he now gets to work in the Nick Chubb role for Kevin Stefanski. Bijan is just 24 and is just entering his prime 🔥

The Jaguars have confirmed that Travis Hunter will be deployed primarily as a corner. Hopefully he isn't a guy you took too high in your dynasty draft last Summer.

Sean Payton called out that re-signing JK Dobbins "was a priority ahead of all others." Dobbins had 772 yards and 4 tds before a foot injury ended his season early. He dominated touches in the Broncos backfield last season but could split a bit more with RJ Harvey in 2026.

Todd Monken is reportedly "fired up" over the QB competition after the start of voluntary off-season workouts. The battle, of course, is between Deshaun Watson and Shedeur Sanders. The more exciting part might be which wide receiver is drafted and brought in to be the guy for QB1.

The Falcons have signed Jawaan "always called for penalties" Taylor. I just don't see the vision, at all, with what they're trying to do over there. 43.8 PFF run blocking grade 53.3 PFF overall grade (10th worst)

Jameson Williams' career started out ROUGH. Recovering from injuries and dealing with suspensions. Many dynasty owners had written him off. He's now put together back to back thousand yard seasons, earned the trust of the Lions staff and has grown into the field stretcher in Detroit. Jamo has acknowledged that he needs to be more consistent and eliminate the drops to take that next step. We still haven't seen the best version of him 🔥

The Houston Texans have exercised the 5th year option for CJ Stroud. Stroud caught fire his rookie season with 4,000 yards passing but has struggled to recapture that magic ever since. He'll look to bounce back in year four, coming off a 2025 where he posted career lows in both yards and touchdowns.

Since 2023, Ja'Marr Chase leads the league with 505 targets. What stood out the most was how Justin Jefferson keeps dropping, while still hanging on in the top 10. He's dealt with some abysmal QB play that is starting to effect his numbers. Jettas is getting some awful targets.

KC Concepcion visited with the Browns on Wednesday. Cleveland has been mocked to take a few WR options like Carnell Tate or Makai Lemon at pick 6, but they could also pass and use their 24th pick on a receiver instead. Concepcion posted 61 grabs for 919 yards for the Aggies last season.

SNY reports that Dexter Lawrence could demand between $30-$35 mil annually because of the salary cap increase. His lack of production last season will likely decrease his chances on this happening. Especially with only half a sack to his name in 2025. John Harbaugh is on record stating no one is untradable.

Jackson Holliday is 5/27 (.185) through a week's worth of rehab games for Triple-A Norfolk. He showed great progress last season after a disappointing rookie year. The Orioles are hoping he can bounce back from this hamate injury and start producing again for the big league club soon.

Javonte Williams got his shot to prove it last season and literally ran with it. Dallas re-signed him and he's set for a second run where he'll face minimal competition for work. 2025 line: 1,201 yards, 11 tds, 4.8 ypc 35 rec, 137 yards, 2 tds Williams should be in for yet another bellcow year in a high powered Cowboys offense. Don't sleep on him again.

John Lynch told the Athletic that "He'll find a good home, and Jauan will go play great football for someone" signaling the end of Jauan Jennings time with the 49ers. Still a free agent, it sounds as though he will need to lower his financial demands in order to start gaining more interest from teams.
