@Hannah_CEPSW Look at moving team by sound of it. You need to feel valued it’s a hard job. I feel extremely valued in my role - it’s all about management and the support you’re offered. Don’t quit you’ve worked hard to qualify x

With everything going on I am feeling drained & low in mood. I’m not sure I can continue as a Social Worker. I don’t feel valued. My morals are being challenged all the time. I feel I have no other abilities/skills. What other jobs could I do?Starting to worry about my future now
