@bharatpe I’m unable to delete my personal BharatPe UPI account. App says “you are using credit line / credit card” even though I’ve never activated or used any credit product or made a single transaction. Please help resolve this account closure issue.

@bharatpeindia says they cannot update/remove PAN details and are putting the entire responsibility on @NPCI_NPCI, claiming that names linked to the same mobile number are updated only by NPCI. If that’s the case, who is accountable for resolving this for users?

@UPI_NPCI Hi, I have already reached out to @bharatpeindia customer care. They informed me that I have to continue using the account with the incorrect third-party name and that there is no option to update or correct it.Since this is a UPI identity mismatch,I have raised here for solution

@bharatpeindia @NPCI_NPCI Serious issue: My BharatPe account shows another person’s name (Baijnath Bendke) on UPI ID & QR, though payments come to my bank account and my name appears after scan. No option to update profile. Please resolve urgently.
