As an athlete, you need to have realistic expectations for your performance in games. Don’t be a perfectionist. By accepting that it’s impossible to be perfect, you’ll do a better job staying calm and moving on from mistakes.

Another successful community service project! Basketball, lacrosse, and softball student-athletes helped sort Christmas presents at Friend, Inc.

Always a good day when you can help others!! SAAC helped transport icy pops to Friend, Inc. Leave it to student-athletes to be competitive and see how quickly they can unload everything!
