unpopular opinion: free mints did more damage to the NFT market than rug pulls did free mints destroyed the entire value perception of the category when everything is free, nothing feels valuable paid mints forced at least some level of conviction from both sides the creator had to deliver and the buyer had to believe some people might not like this, but the paid mint meta needs to come back!!
