V.conscious of the silence ...acknowledge that's not helpful, but it's been a sh****y place to be to have someone drag down a business that you've put everything into build. This is an attempt to start addressing the communication for everyone that has supported us over the years

We are still in the process of unfreezing company bank accounts (frozen since July 2022) in order to allow us to deal with customer issues around funds loaded. As soon as this has been resolved, we will begin to action this. Thanks

@TechnoTone @Richardftaylor Sorry but the priority has been dealing with the legal case. That’s now done so we’re turning our attention to outstanding issues and getting operational

In recent week's we're pleased to have been speaking with more reputable partners - hoping to get agreements signed ready for the new year

@TechnoTone @Richardftaylor We haven’t been able to provide updates with a legal case going on. Final judgement was handed down a few days ago with the court ruling in our favour. We can now progress more freely. Thankfully

@Richardftaylor @KWearables Thinking about doing the same. I really miss my payment ring and K Wearables have not done well us updated on the situation.

@electrodrummer @phil_space @RevdKathy NP. Unfortunately our difficulties with issuer had been going on since 2020 - so many of our planned updates didn’t happen. Will be nice to just focus on customer feedback & implement

@KWearables @phil_space @RevdKathy Cool. Please ensure whoever you sign with allows a good number of transactions / reasonable limit before requiring reauth. Same as every debit card and indeed your ring rivals (£200 before reauth). 5 payments then reauth was unhelpful in many environments (festivals, clubs etc)

@electrodrummer @phil_space @RevdKathy There will be more news soon. Summary is we had to resolve legal case with previous issuer - final judgement handed down now in our favour. Will allow us to pick things up and communicate more easily.

@KWearables Forget Kring it's obviously finished so get a McClear Ringpay I've found its better and works where Kring never did.
