Still on cashew. Over 90% of Ghana's cashew nuts are shipped to India & Vietnam. Local farmers get about $600 a ton. Most exporters are Indian. Their markup is about 50%. If roasted, salted, packed & sold in supermarkets in Ghana, the price jumps to ~$20,000 to ~$40,000 a ton.
