@CoachDuphiney Agreed Coach - guys who can make shots will always have a spot on the floor. The value of having guys who hit shots is completely underrated. It affects the game in every way when you have guys who can knock it down !!!

I think the most important skill in hoops is being able to shoot the ball. The most under taught & underrated part of coaching this is the importance of ensuring your team ultimately seeks out opportunities to get teammates RHYTHM SHOTS
