I’ll give you 10.
1. Buy a car before you build a house.
2. Start investing now. Even if it’s just ₦10,000 every single month. Give it 10 years and you’ll thank yourself.
3. Never spend money to please anybody. Spend only when it's needed. Know the difference between needs and wants.
4. Invest in your future, not in validation. Don’t buy the latest iPhone just so people can see you have money. A smartphone is a smartphone.
5. Live on 70% of your salary. The other 30% goes strictly into savings and investments. No excuses.
6. Stop womanizing. Find one good woman and stay loyal. Womanizing costs far more than you think.
7. Never engage in fraud. You’ll only destroy your future. Dirty money will cost you your peace and your health.
8. If you earn ₦100k a month, your rent should never exceed ₦100–150k. You shouldn’t have to save for months just to pay rent. One month’s salary (or one and a half at most) should cover it.
9. Invest in mutual funds.
10. Invest in good books. Read financial books. Here are 10 I recommend:
- The Richest Man in Babylon - George S. Clason
- Rich Dad Poor Dad - Robert Kiyosaki
- The Psychology of Money – Morgan Housel
- I Will Teach You To Be Rich – Ramit Sethi
- The Millionaire Next Door – Thomas J. Stanley
- Think and Grow Rich – Napoleon Hill
- Your Money or Your Life – Vicki Robin
- The Intelligent Investor – Benjamin Graham
- Atomic Habits – James Clear (money is built on habits)
- A Random Walk Down Wall Street by Burton Malkiel
Above all, love God.

@AloyEjimakor Gbuo Dike, gbuo Dike, mana Ụbọchị ọgụ, a chọba Dike...
Iberibe na nzuzu ụfọdụ ndị Igbo is just unbelievable.
Are we even sure that Chigozie Nnabugwu is truly Igbo?
That's irrelevant though.
Mazị Nnamdi Kanụ must not be harmed in any way, shape or form.

PRESS RELEASE: 21st July, 2026
RE: Kanu’s legal team condemns call for his extrajudicial killing, demands retraction and apology
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s legal team hereby strongly condemns the statement made by one Mr. Chigozie Nnabugwu on News Central TV, in which he publicly urged the Government of Nigeria to kill our client for ‘normalcy to return to the Southeast.’
The video bearing this statement was published at 1:14PM on 19th July 2026 by News Central Television at its verified X (formerly Twitter) handle, monitored at: @NewsCentralTV, and it went viral from that source.
To be sure, this call for extrajudicial killing is reckless, irresponsible, and unlawful. And it constitutes a clear threat to life and risks inciting a breakdown of public order.
The call strains the boundaries set under Section 24(1) of the Cybercrimes Act, which criminalises the knowing or intentional transmission of messages via electronic means (including those amplified on broadcast platforms and social media) that pose a threat to life or are intended to cause a breakdown of law and order, which carries a fine of up to ₦7m or imprisonment of up to three years or both.
Additional liabilities will likely be triggered under the Criminal Code for incitement to violence and related offences.
Furthermore, by airing and platforming this inflammatory content without due regard for its potential to incite violence or threaten public peace, News Central TV may face regulatory sanctions for breach of broadcast codes on incitement and public order.
It may also attract accessory liability or contributory exposure under relevant laws. Broadcasters enabling hate speech and calls for extrajudicial killing risk severe regulatory sanctions and other countervailing measures.
And demanding an extrajudicial execution while legal proceedings remain before the court directly subverts the judicial process and potentially constitutes actionable contempt of court.
We are actively reviewing all available legal options, including formal complaints to the appropriate authorities.
In the interim, we hereby demand that Mr. Chigozie Nnabugwu issue an immediate public retraction of his statement, and that News Central TV tender an unqualified televised apology for airing such dangerous content.
Finally, this Press Release serves as a pre-action notice of all legal actions that will ensue if Mr. Nnabugwu and News Central TV fail to take immediate remedial measures.
Signed:
Aloy Ejimakor, Esq.
Special Counsel to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
