if you, an nypd officer, feel comfortable enough while on patrol to eat an ice cream cone, then i question the need for you to be out on the street in bed stuy, given that you clearly don't think you will need to be doing your job any time soon. i could not believe this shit

The NYT did extensive intvu w/ Tucker Carlson-& questions were legit & professional. In it, Tucker accused me of advocating for killing of children & civilians. Asked to respond, I sent the following. (In fairness, NYT couldn't use all), but here it is: “Poor Tucker needs help.  He’s clearly circling the drain by saying something so outrageous.  No sane person “advocates” for the murder of children or civilians.  Even the allegation is sick and evil. Tucker  apparently limits his compassion to the unfortunate souls who have died in Gaza as a result of the stubbornness of Hamas to release hostages and who murdered their own citizens and intentionally put them in front of military assets where they would be most likely to become victims of the war.  One never hears Tucker lament the massacre and mutilation of 1200 women, babies, and elderly people butchered by Hamas on October 7 or the torture, rape and starvation of the 251 hostages taken and held by Hamas.  I am heartbroken by the slaughter of innocent civilians wherever they are and whoever they are.  Tucker’s irrational hatred of Jews in general and Israel in particular blinds him to the horrific savagery inflicted upon the victims of October 7, including the rape of women in front of their children, the beheading of babies in the presence of their mothers, or setting fire to elderly people who sat in wheelchairs and were burned alive, all of which were captured on video taken by Hamas terrorists who were so proud of their despicable acts that they wore Go-Pro cameras to record it as if they were taking movies of a dance recital.  Tucker’s contempt of President Trump is just another instance in which the Tucker Carlson I once knew has become someone unrecognizable.  I pray he finds himself and God.  He has become a very angry and bitter man and it’s truly tragic to watch.”

Leave aside your views of the Iran War or the CNN melodrama of Scott Jennings yelling: "get your fucking finger out of my face!" What's most notable is that Scott Jennings became enraged at exactly the moment when his history of working in the Bush/Cheney Adm was raised, and it was pointed out that he and his allies sold the Iraq War to the American public based on the *exact arguments and scripts* Jennings is now using to sell the Iran War to Americans (WMDs, terror state, oppressed their own people, can't wait for a mushroom cloud, etc. etc.). The DC swamp is so accountability-free that they all think they're entitled to have everyone just forget -- and not hold against them -- that they deceived the country into a historically disastrous and criminal invasion of Iraq, only to now return to use the same exact mentality, ideology, tactics and narratives to sell this new war against a country bordering Iraq, all as if it none of it ever happened! That Jennings and countless media and political elites are using the same arguments to justify the Iran War that they used for Iraq doesn't, of course, by itself prove that the new pro-war arguments are wrong. But OF COURSE that should be a vital factor in determining the credibility of these people and their assertions. And it should be the main metric for determining whether these are the people who should be presented as experts and listened to when advocating the very war policies that disgraced them when they defended them 20 years ago. In no other profession or sub-culture would such catastrophic error (or deceit) be deemed irrelevant. But because this basic standard would reputationally harm and disqualify the bulk of the DC political and media class on a bipartisan basis, they all unite to pretend it never happened or at least implicitly agree that it's irrelevant. The CNN guest violated that implicit self-protective taboo against raising it, and that's what sparked Jennings' rage.
Acyn@Acyn

Wow Scott Jennings blows up at Adam Mockler: “Get your fucking hand out of my face” Mockler: We all know that Scott Jennings is more than happy to defend a war with a country that starts with letters Ira that we are currently failing that is going to put us trillions and trillions of dollars more in debt. I was only a few years old while you were in the administration defending prior endless wars.

You cannot commit genocide in Gaza, invade Lebanon, bomb Iran, Syria, Yemen, and Iraq, violate Geneva and Vienna Conventions, international law, human rights, and state sovereignty, then hide behind anti-Semitism. There is no rise in anti-Semitism. There is a rise in the number of people who are very angry at what Israel is doing. Your inability to separate the two is equally problematic.

@FmrRepMTG Maybe Trump's people are using FISA now to go after traitorous Democrats and needs this? If half of the DNC is put into prison for being treasonous snakes, won't it be worth it?

This is remarkable and you should watch this entire video. The House was going to pass a 45 day extension of FISA 702 (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act), BY VOICE WITHOUT VOTING, and Thomas Massie courageously forced a debate and demanded a recorded vote. Jim Jordan who has fought FOR warrants for FISA for years ironically led the debate AGAINST warrants and urged a YES vote for a clean extension WITHOUT warrants, which is what Trump is demanding even after FISA was used against him by the Democrats to spy on him and his campaign. Trump literally says give up your rights and just pass it and Jordan won’t go against Trump even though he wants warrant requirements. Chip Roy, Warren Davidson, and Keith Self joined Thomas Massie and made strong cases as to why Congress must add warrant requirements to FISA 702 and why a Central Bank Digital Currency must be banned and how both are powerful tools of control and surveillance and violation of your privacy and liberties. And Jamie Raskin (D) gave compelling arguments as to why bipartisanship is needed in the House to make reforms to FISA 702 yet after doing so he voted YES to a clean 45 day extension of FISA 702 without warrant requirements, which makes no sense. Why demand change and then literally vote for what you just argued against? However never forget under Biden and Democrats FISA 702 was used to spy on hundreds of thousands of Americans. Also, the Republican controlled Senate and its leader John Thune will not vote for a ban on Central Bank Digital Currency, saying it’s dead on arrival in the Senate. And neither will the Democrats. To sum it up, Americans are literally losing our precious privacy and freedoms right now under Trump and Republicans, yet Democrats are no better and have made no major policy changes that caused them to lose in 2024. They are only winning because Trump and Republicans have betrayed the most important campaign promises. 111 members of Congress voted NAY (NO) to the 45 day FISA 702 extension without warrant requirements for Americans so that your government can spy on you. Some voted NO in a partisan manner and because they hate Trump and some voted NO because they truly want change. Either way, those who voted NO should be recognized. Out of 111 ONLY 26 Republicans bravely voted NO. Here is the list of GOP NOs and pictured is the full list of both D’s and R’s who voted NO. Republican NO votes: Begich, Biggs (SC), Boebert, Brecheen, Burchett, Cammack, Cloud, Collins, Crane, Davidson, Downing, Fry, Fulcher, Gosar, Hageman, Harshbarger, Higgins (LA), Kennedy (UT), Luttrell, Massie, Miller (IL), Ogles, Perry, Roy, Self, and Tiffany. But after all this, the House passed the clean 45 day extension of FISA 702. After years of Trump and Republicans campaigning and demanding on Fox News that warrant requirements must be added to FISA, nothing changed. The promises they made to you are broken. The only thing that matters is voting records, none of their words. Words are meaningless puffs of air. If your Representative is not on this list, who voted NO, then you should tell them you are withdrawing your support and not voting for them. On both sides of the aisle. It doesn’t matter anymore whether you vote Republican or Democrat. Behind the veil, they are one and the same. Lastly, KY-4 your Representative Thomas Massie is a giant among men in Congress and fights for you harder than the entire House and Senate combined. Don’t be fools, vote for Thomas Massie!!!

Today Republicans and Democrats tried to use “unanimous consent” to pass a 45-day extension of warrantless spying on Americans without voting. I did not consent. I was able to force a vote and a debate. I used a rare parliamentary procedure to control half the time. Watch here:

We recently interviewed one of the guys on the Explosive Media Lego team and he said that, surprisingly, their attitude toward the American people has significantly *improved* throughout this conflict, as they have come to recognize that both they and we are subjects of the Epstein class, that Americans voted against war and are appalled by what we're doing. I think the same is true for Americans, and these videos have helped humanize Iranians, in a weird way (considering they are Lego characters and not humans in the videos)
