I have been anonymous since I started this account. Do you have a GM for each store in addition to the operators? Or do you consider your GM your Operator? If separate, do you give the GM profit share also?

@Mqnguyen004 Just curious, do you all think the missing cases is a theft issue or just inaccurate inventory counting? Or you could be getting shorted by your food distributor..
