This is one of the factors contributing to medical malpractices in our health care system. Your voice would be heard!

But all am saying it’s not enough, for example how many psychiatrists in district hospitals ? the answer is none, how many psychologists do we have and how many mental health nurses do we have? Even them they are exhausted 😩

Rwanda built a mental health system to respond to enormous needs after 1994 genocide against Tutsi; Psychologists, Psychiatrists, MH nurses are hired in health facilities responding mainly to client’s needs but this has to be continued, increasing numbers and quality.

For us it’s easy to understand but patients have their own perceptive & all they need is quality care.They look at themselves as individuals but we make decisions as whole. Our mental health is at stake If you disagree with me at least do research among health care providers 5/6
