Who is the Father of Jesus? Muslims also believe that Jesus was born to virgin. So who is the Father? certainly no Human. So Who is the father of Jesus? Jesus is the Son of God which is so much more than just a messenger If you read scripture, the accounts of the Apostles, who lived with Jesus, you will see that Jesus calls God His father. Matthew 11:27 — "All things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him." Matthew 26:39 (in Gethsemane) — "And going a little farther he fell on his face and prayed, saying, 'My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.'" Mark 14:36 (parallel to above) — "And he said, 'Abba, Father, all things are possible for you. Remove this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will.'" Luke 23:46 (on the cross) — "Then Jesus, calling out with a loud voice, said, 'Father, into your hands I commit my spirit!' And having said this he breathed his last." John 5:17-18 — Jesus answered them, "My Father is working until now, and I am working."
