v40.30 OG Patch Notes! Had to be made extra large to cover everything this time, so so so many things were fixed! (Lovely graphic as usual by @stephqnos)

There is a bug in OG where the ATK (Golf Cart) uses your Rifle wrap rather than your Vehicle wrap. How did they mess this up? I don't know 😭

@holonexus_ Actually fix the movement and the graphics to how they were back then, also make everything 100 percent of how it was in chapter 1.
