@JMGraglia @NicoleZJohnson1 @phalliburton Our paper showed a significant increase in receptors with a specific AMPA subunit GluA2. Fycoma is a pan AMPA antagonist. I believe a GluA2 specific antagonist would likely even work better for SYNGAP1 at low-doses

We have a great paper by @KadamLab that suggests at LOW DOSE (Docs tend to miss this part) sleep & cognition improve in our kids, and they do, and then behaviors go CRAZY. Half life is LONG.
