We, like, NEVER see Rose and Amethyst react outside of the group. We only get word of mouth. And that bothers me more than anything else, because moments like these never get an explanation.
We know how Rose said she was perfect the way she was, but we see nothing about them interacting outside of the Crystal Gems.
