@Motawif_SA @HaramainInfo My wife spoke to Motawif agent today regarding booking failed. She was told you will get an email 2 to 3 days with same package or different one. Absolute lie. Why can ur agent not able resolve issues while on the phone? How can I plan my local flights?

Just information about my hotels in Makkah and medina…does that mean I’ve selected a package non flight package?
