@Kadungaappi Yes. the project can be planned with a 10,500 sq ft floor plate. accommodating around 4 - 6 apartments per floor. This would be a 300+ unit tower overall. Height can potentially go up to 65 floors. Ground coverage will be less than 8% of 3.17 acres.

@Kadungaappi It's just 3.17 acres of parcel in tejomaya phase 2. The max they can build with the fsi of 4.875 is 0.67mn sqft. Am I missing something?

👨🏽‍💻Chennai Office space market 🌇 Demand is double of the supply numbers ! 100% gap for supply to cater even at current demand , leaving out of other factors like the demand also circumferencially dips a certain percentage due to less competitive supply options 🥲 In essence a whole 100+ % of demand is left uncatered leaving the opportunity for jobs to the next peer city ! 😡 It is a criminal injustice to the city by most of its local developers who lack vigour compared to other city developers who has eye for the need in the market & particularly lackdaisical intent by @CMDA_Official on facilitating for the market to grow 😏 #Chennai #Officespace
