@theficouple House prices and interest rates shot up in 2021! Rates have come down a bit, but the market hasn’t righted just like groceries and cost of goods. Pandemic shutdown effed everything up, and liberals bought into the control. Billions were taken under the guise of COVID monies!

Currently in a Florida neighborhood with median home price of $600,000. Cars I see in the driveways: -Ford -Kia -Hyundai -Toyota ..Please understand most well off people are not driving luxury cars.
