@Shagie15831 I've found the best way to get an answer from a help ticket that is getting ignored is to blast it on social media to some Devs, put it on reddit, or find some devs on Discord to talk directly to.

@KaelDecadence Kael anytime you need someone to play eve with or chat about anything let me know right now I am having an issue with eve online I had 95 million skill points stolen from me and I am on day 5 waiting for an answer from CCP customer service is just awesome!!!!!!!!

I keep trying to walk away from EVE Online but it keeps pulling me back because of the community. I may not have had to log in lately but that didn't stop me from providing logi and laying down reps for another player. I'll always be available if someone broadcasts for reps. #b4r
