@pierrestories Yeah I know, what I'm saying is most of us will make enough without an agency, people seem to think they can't make good money without an agency, hiring designer, advertising etc...

@KaffiDesigns When I say agency here I mean you max out your capacity as a freelance and then you transition to an agency So yeah, you can charge $3k without a team for a couple clients, but there's a limit to what you can handle alone.

A lot of people say, "Just launch an agency to make more money." BUT saying that doesn't show the full picture. For example: If you sell a YouTube strategy service at $3K/month, you only need 10 clients to hit $30K MRR. But with a $30/month product, you’d need 1,000 customers to reach the same revenue. However, there are a few key things to consider: 1. A $30/month product can have 85%+ margins, whereas a $3K/month service might struggle to hit 50%. So just comparing revenue doesn’t tell the full story. 2. Running an agency means managing clients & a team daily. A product business? It’s mostly just you, and it doesn’t REQUIRE as much time. So it’s not about which is better—it’s about what you're spending your time on: - With a high-ticket agency, you spend your time working on clients. - With a low-ticket product, you spend your time working on marketing. Either way, getting to $15K monthly profit is probably a similar amount of work—it's just that your time is spent on clients & your team VS marketing/personal brand. One last thing: - With an agency, you build your network through your high-paying clients. - With a low-ticket product, you build your network through your personal brand. Sounds obvious, but I just realized this. Both are hard anyway.
