Violence has no place in our nation. Grateful to hear reports that everyone at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner is safe and the suspect is in custody. While we await more details, I’m thankful for the quick response by law enforcement.

The shooter at the White House Correspondent's Dinner has been identified as 31-y-old Cole Allen from Torrance, California. He works as a teacher and was recently given the award of “Teacher of Month in Los Angeles County”
