Spent the day at Lehigh Univ and could not have been more impressed. From the rigorous academics, the passion and process around athletics and the great people. Thank you @CoachEMarcCuse for the invite to Syracuse Univ to tour the state of the art facilities along with attend a scrimmage. The passion and competiveness was off the charts. Camp season kicked off - had a great time at Marist camp meeting great coaches, hit a couple of PR's, & got to compete with some of my Pope John teammates. -76 inch wingspan -33 vert -9'7(115 inches) broad jump- 4.10 (5-10-5) @SamConetta @GialanellaLuke @CoachGaston_ @PopeJohnLionsFB

Junior season loading- couple pr’s this week: 400 Squat, 265 Clean, 275 Bench for a total of 940. Cant wait for summer strength and conditioning. Thanks @CoachGaston_ for the spot and all the support this offseason. @PopeJohnLionsFB
