The big bang has evidence of it happening because of the observable fact that we have an expanding universe and things like red shift and stuff like the 2nd law of thermodynamics dynamics at play. Now in the case of “uncaused first cause” no it doesn’t make you immune to critique. But it does logically answer the question in a serious matter as eternal things are uncreated and this is assumed that IF a God of the type described existed … then he would be very powerful and likewise eternal aka un caused. This is of course part of if separate than other arguments for whether or not God exists such as the Kalam cosmological argument or the fine tuning arguments all of which are very very strong and can’t just be hand waved away with “they aren’t immune to criticism”.
