@MarkMaddenX I’d almost guarantee he wants 2 years. He didn’t just randomly drop that 2 year line. I don’t know about more money other than his agent probably telling him what ppg players make. If they’re not going to be able to get rid of Letang for 2 years, might as well do it.

Dubas is not going to offer Malkin a contract. Shero pulled his offer from Jagr. JJ signed with the Flyers and 68 is still in the rafters. 71 will be one day too. He’ll also be playing for another team next year.

There’s a lot to unpack after the Penguins season but priority number 1 is Kindel is 2C next year. He can’t be playing more games with Elmer and Mantha type wingers.

Letang is brain dead

Credit where credit is due. Letang played great. Sid looks like Sid again. What stones winning those two draws in his zone late in the game on his forehand. That is not easy. One game at a time.

Alright, I didn’t watch the draft. I’m up to date on what happened though. Steelers look like idiots. The tackle might work out. I heard Lemon speak and he sounds insane. However, Steelers look like idiots and have looked like idiots for years.

I’m a big Malkin fan. One of my favorite players ever to watch. He’s still producing. It’s time to move on. I’m not a big Letang fan. Clearly, time to move on. I don’t know how you do it but he has to go.

As a Penguins fan, this is sad. However, the big 3 wanted one more shot at the playoffs and we got to see it.

If only Malkin’s 5 game suspension had cost them the playoffs.
