Make Wanda’s ult go through shields and reduce its cast time to 2 seconds, instead of 4. All the plat peaks will disagree but this will make Wanda viable.

@iDavey Adam, Mantis, Loki, Ultron, Rocket, CnD, and Jeff are all fairly balanced. The rest are all unbalanced except for heal pool he is terrible. Everyone else does too much of everything. They crowd out a lot of the Strat roster from being viable bc they simply have higher numbers.
