Dear Maureen Muthini, This message is intended to clarify the findings of our recent compliance review and explain the reasoning behind our decision in a transparent manner. 1. What Actually Happened - On December 2, the trader opened multiple SELL positions on USDJPY as part of one single trade idea. - These positions moved into profit. - Instead of closing all profitable positions within the same day, the trader intentionally closed the positions gradually over several consecutive days (Dec 3–5). - As a result, 53.18% of the total profit for the entire trading period came from this single trade idea, distributed across multiple days. 2. Why This Is Considered a Violation The issue here is not: - Swing trading - Holding positions overnight - Using DCA or scaling techniques All of the above are allowed. The violation occurred because of intentional profit consistency manipulation: 'Engaging in intentional actions to limit or control your highest daily profit is strictly prohibited.' By spreading the realization of profit from one trade idea across multiple days, the trader effectively artificially reduced the daily profit peak to remain within the Profit Consistency threshold and qualify for payout. This behavior directly violates Section 10.2 – Prohibited Trading Strategies under our Terms and Conditions. 3. Clarifying the Key Misunderstandings Misunderstanding #1: “It’s one trade idea, so PC should not apply” - Profit Consistency is calculated based on realized profits per day, not the number of trade ideas. - Whether profits come from one idea or multiple ideas, intentionally managing exits to control daily profit distribution is not allowed. Misunderstanding #2: “Swing trading and holding trades are allowed, so why is this an issue?” - Yes, swing trading and holding positions are allowed. - However, using position management to deliberately manipulate Profit Consistency is not. - The issue is intent, not trade duration. 4. Final Decision - The account will not be terminated as this was assessed as potentially unintentional. - The account has been reset, providing the trader with a final opportunity to continue trading in full compliance. - Any similar behavior in the future may result in permanent termination without further notice. 5. Key Takeaway for All Traders Profit Consistency is designed to ensure: - Sustainable performance - Risk-balanced profitability - Professional trading behavior Trading styles such as swing trading, scaling, or DCA are welcome, as long as they are not used to manipulate performance metrics.

These prop firms are becoming pain in the ass. Even the reputable ones sio exception. As we speak am having the same issue with funding pips. Lemme see what they gonna say on Friday

@josphat_chops Have you fully reviewed the emails sent by the WeMasterTrade Risk Team? We have clearly explained the profit manipulation behavior of the client in question. If you do not fully understand the issue, please review the entire case carefully and do not be blindly misled.

@Moh_wavs @WeCopyTrade The second chance is offered to you because we still consider you a client and a potential partner. Under normal circumstances, we would immediately suspend the accounts of clients who violate trading rules in this manner.

A question to you @KambelVo .. if you so claim I breached a rule that we both know does not clearly exist, why are you offering me a second chance? Clearly it's a way to show you're scammers. @WeCopyTrade what a scam firm.. You deny payouts on a rule that does not clearly exist

Well @WeCopyTrade @KambelVo Clearly your firm is a big scam trying to swindle people off their money because how do you explain denying my withdrawal of over $7k USD on the basis of a rule I did not break. Your firm clearly needs to be cancelled.

You claim I manipulated trades, yet your rules clearly state I can open multiple positions as long as I don’t exceed the 2% loss. I also closed them on different days, which qualifies as different trading ideas per your own policy. @WeCopyTrade @KambelVo
