@afiakufuor @chairhirecouk Unbelievable!! And they have a service where they surcharge for a chosen time slot! How unprofessional - surely embarrassment alone should prompt them to give a full refund.

@chairhirecouk Because of the lack of planning and disorganisation on @chairhirecouk's part we had guests having to sit on the floor at the venue. (highly embrassing!) pt 4.

Have received the worst costumer service from @chairhirecouk ! I hired over 150 chairs for an event I held in June. I paid a premium price for a specific delivery slot on the day of the event to ensure they arrived in good time. pt.1

@chairhirecouk @chairhirecouk after communication post event I have been offered a refund of 10% of the total cost paid, insignificant to say the least. After coming back and saying that this won't be substantial for the inconvenience caused, I have been met with complete radio silence. pt 5.

@chairhirecouk We were left without chairs for the seated part of the event for 150+ guests. The chairs arrived halfway through the event, two hours later than the latest time they could have possibly arrived given the extra fee that was paid for the premium slot @chairhirecouk pt. 3
