they call it overweight because there's still some visceral fat around the lower abdomen area; yeah i get it people over exaggerate this and literally say, "i'm obese" but it's just how people grog over their appearance and how other's view it unfortunately some people are totally happy with their bodies and how the way they look, but it's also up to them to constantly ignore everyone's opinion about body types and physique i remember seeing a post about this mid 20's women on here and she posted pictures of herself in this outfit like a crop top and jeans and her caption was something along the lines of, "omg im so fat wahhhhhhh" keep in mind, this girl wasn't short and she didn't clearly show any signs of overweight or obesity, she just had some barely slightly noticeable love handles but she was saying that she is fat, when in reality she is not lol ^ whatever this phenomenon is, it's been there since i started to understand about body types as a child; maybe it's just a normal thing and i don't really get it but it's so common to hear it and in my mind it's always like, "bro, you ain't fat, you just need to eat better and maybe start walking more, but you don't look like a whale or a snorlax, but for some reason you automatically assume you are"

so chat gonna have to find a way to get more protein without having to rely on meat or shakes but i might go back to eating chicken again walking about 10k+ steps a day and getting more sleep has been so helpful
