@ashleyrudland I guess on a personal level those are awesome takeaways...but for people in general a cookie-cutter diet wouldn't have the same effects for everyone high protein diets for me prevent me from snacking as I am full for longer carb heavy foods make me want to fall alseep after

Writing code all day doesn't mean you have to be skinny-fat... I've hit 10% BF, all-time high T levels @ 35 yrs old Here's 4 lessons learned: 1. Low reps, high weight 2. 95% diet, cals IN, cals OUT 3. Less protein, not more 4. Tongkat Ali + Boron WORKS That's it.

@stacy_siz @ashleyrudland facts I personally eat high protein diet..the cals in cals out is a really generic statement... Low protein diet also means you wont feel full as long as meat takes longer to digest less full you feel the more you wanna snack
