@KansakarS Sure - send me an email or DM. Disappointed to miss @NHSrCommunity conference this week; I'm a massive fan of open source and an R convert as of last year - it's now probably my main language.

For those crying "this happens every winter" - here's some winter respiratory predictions we modelled last year. We thought we'd be on 25-30 respiratory patients by now, 40 if it was really bad. COVID-19 alone has been over 100 for weeks, on top of "normal" infections.
